Sammy Wins is an "up-and coming convict" living with his partner Pauline Wins at their hideout in 2281.

BackgroundEdit

Prior to the events of the game, he and Pauline robbed the Vikki and Vance Casino, taking Vance's lucky hat, Vikki's bonnet, and Vance's 9mm submachine gun. After Primm Slim catches them, Pauline distracts and hacks Primm Slim while Sammy takes all the loot. Afterward, they go back to their shack at Westside, where they plan to rob all of The Strip's casinos.

A Pair of Dead Desperados, II: Sammy and his girlfriend Pauline are planning to rob all the casinos on the Strip with their newly acquired gun. You can convince them that their plan will fail with a Speech check of 55.

Sammy is notably taller than average non-player characters and the player character similar to Jean-Baptiste Cutting.
Even though he and Pauline both say that Vance's 9mm submachine gun is the only gun they have, attacking him will cause him to pull out a regular 9mm SMG.

Sammy Wins appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
