Sally is a member of Harry's squad in the Necropolis Watershed around 2161.
Background
Sally was formerly a male human prior to being dipped in the FEV vats. Him, Gary, and Barry all stand in a room guarding the hallway next to the water pump; he is the only unarmed mutant.
