Sadist is a Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel skill (skills in this game work like perks do in other Fallout games).

Thanks to this skill, every time you kill a creature, you'll receive +5 (up to a maximum +25) Health Points for having played Nadia and Patty or receive +2 (up to a maximum +10) Health Points for having played Cain.

• 1 Rank: 16 Pts (+5 HP for Nadia and Patty, +2 HP for Cain)
• 2 Rank: 32 Pts (+10 HP for Nadia & Patty, +4 HP for Cain)
• 3 Rank: 48 Pts (+15 HP for Nadia & Patty, +6 HP for Cain)
• 4 Rank: 64 Pts (+20 HP for Nadia & Patty, +8 HP for Cain)
• 5 Rank: 80 Pts (+25 HP for Nadia & Patty, +10 HP for Cain)
