Ruzka is a unique Yao Guai, living in the very North-west corner of Point Lookout in the year 2277. Ruzka's Lair is a rocky area with an overhang, rather than a separate zone.

Ruzka is referred to be in the Point Lookout loading screens as 'Ruzka the Wonder Bear'. The presence of the big Red Ball may suggest that Ruzka is the original Bear or an offspring, as performing bears usually balanced on a large ball as part of their act.
[edit] Interactions with the player character
Ruzka is the only Yao Guai in Point Lookout and is hostile to the player and will attack on sight, unless the player has the Animal Friend Perk.
- Ironically, when addressing Yao Guai, Herbert Dashwood's terminal states that "You're not going to find one of these babies balancing on a big rubber ball, though, I can tell you that much", this is exactly what Ruzka is implied to do.
- Throughout Point Lookout, there are various posters showcasing "Ruzka The Wonder Bear," which indicates that Ruzka was indeed a circus bear before the bombs hit and that the radiation somehow unnaturally extended his/her life, similar to many pre-war ghouls, possibly indicating some sort of animal ghoulification.
- May spawn inside nearby rock, (Confirmed Xbox 360, PC).
- May also spawn near Haley's Hardware.
- May not spawn at all, (Confirmed Xbox 360, PC).
- May disappear and then respawn right in front of player
