Russ is a convicted ghoul who aids Vince in his unethical salvaging practices in Denver in 2253.

Background

Able to withstand immense amounts of radioactivity, Russ salvages places that Vince and the rest of the gang can't. Russ has a distaste for humans, especially those who withhold harsh prejudices against ghouls. Although he cooperates in Vince's gang of villainous salvagers, Russ takes pleasure in robbing innocent prospectors and travelers.

Russ has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
