Roger Chang is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an Environment Artist. His main duties during the game development were art pipeline research and troubleshooting, environment and creature art (modeling/texturing), and asset validation. He also was responsible for FX at HELIOS One.
