As with all houses in Tranquility Lane, it stands two stories tall, with the front door entering into the lounge, which, in addition to the normal lounge furniture items, sports a Radiation King television. On the ground level, there is also a kitchen with a rolling pin, and a door to the Rockwell residence basement. Upstairs, the house has another bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds, which is also home to Janet Rockwell's diary. The Rockwell house is the only one in Tranquility Lane with a basement, which features Roger's desk.
- The Rockwell residence contains a number of special items with which the Lone Wanderer may interact to complete Betty's tasks, namely the rolling pin, Janet Rockwell's diary and Roger's desk.
- At the rear of the section, there is a large rock by a tree. It is possible to get outside the map by jumping over the rear fence after climbing onto this rock.
The Rockwell residence appears only in Fallout 3.
