Robin Atkin Downes is an English actor based in Los Angeles who voices deputy Beagle, Mister Gutsy robots and some of the generic super mutants in Fallout: New Vegas.
In Fallout 4, he voiced Finn and Sinjin and in its add-on Nuka-World Overboss Colter.
Aside from being a prolific voice actor for video games, he has also had a number of screen roles, including Byron in TV series Babylon 5.
