Rob Hertenstein is a developer who worked at Interplay Entertainment on Fallout and Fallout 2 as a designer and programmer.

In Fallout 2, Hertenstein contributed to random encounters, Arroyo, Redding, the Enclave, Mariposa Military Base, and the Sierra Army Depot.[1] The Vault City designer notes include credit to Hertenstein for the scripting of Vault City.[2]
