Rivet City clinic is located on the north side of Rivet City on the Upper Deck.
Immediately upon entering the clinic, there are two gurneys to the left, and a gurney to the right with a patient lying on it that's behind a shade . There is a terminal in the back, on the wall opposite the door. A locker (requiring a key) is located on the left corner when entering the clinic.
The computer can be hacked to reveal information on the ships' inhabitants.
Dr. Preston is not in the clinic a good portion of the time, as well as the clinic never being locked, even during his absence.
With Broken Steel installed, and after you or one of your companions activates the purifier, (and places the modified FEV in the purifier) there will be a few more patients in the clinic.
