Ribera is from Hoover Dam, and is the oldest of Helen's kids. He is very protective of Helen, and in some ways considers her his wife.

Heal Helen's Kids - Ribera has an old broken arm that the player can reset, and an old bullet lodged in a wound that has healed.

Ribera has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
