The reserved item is a cut item in Fallout and Fallout 2.
Characteristics
This is a testing item that uses a "Thingy"-worded graphic, most likely for weight testing.
Locations
Stanwell in Redding has the only obtainable one.
Notes
In Fallout 2, despite going unused again, it uses the inventory graphic for Buffout.
Appearances
The reserved item does not appear in either games, but only exists in their game files.
