The following is based on Fallout cut content.

“This is a reserved item. DO NOT USE.”

The reserved item is a cut item in Fallout and Fallout 2.

This is a testing item that uses a "Thingy"-worded graphic, most likely for weight testing.

In Fallout 2, despite going unused again, it uses the inventory graphic for Buffout.

The reserved item does not appear in either games, but only exists in their game files.

According to the Fallout demo game files^[1], this item was named Dex Adders.
