The repair bobblehead is a Fallout 4 item, a Vault Boy bobblehead. It permanently increases the duration of fusion cores by 10%.

Location

Corvega assembly plant, on the very end of the top exterior gantry, southwest roof section of the plant building on top of a crate. It is on the top platform on the giant tower with a blue sphere on top with "Corvega" spelled going around it. When to walk up the stairs to go up, it is on the opposite side you came up at, just keep walking around.
