Reinforced Spine is a perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Old World Blues.
Obtaining
This perk will replace Spineless if you opt to have the Sink Auto-Doc re-insert your spine when the option becomes available.
Effects
Your Strength and Damage Threshold have been permanently raised by 2 points.
Notes
- Compared to the Spineless perk, you gain double the Strength and Damage Threshold bonuses from +1 to +2, at the cost of enabling your torso to be crippled again.
- The bonus is not added to your base Strength, so when leveling it will not count toward qualifying for perks.
- The Vault Boy image shares the same image as Spineless perk.
- If you have the Strength Implant, you will only gain +1 strength from this perk.
