Razor is the leader of the Blades, having originally come to the Boneyard from the Hub and molding the gang into the shape it is in by 2161.

The Vault Dweller can help her to defeat the Regulators of Adytum by obtaining weapons from the Gun Runners. Alternately, upon entering Boneyard, the player will have the option of doing work for Jon Zimmerman. Zimmerman will offer 2000 caps for the assassination of Razor.
