[edit] Background
Razlo, the doctor of Shady Sands, was trained by Doc Morbid of Junktown.
[edit] Interactions with the player character
Razlo can heal the player and offers a small amount of stimpacks for purchase, although he will only enter into dialogue with the Vault Dweller during daylight hours (during the night, a child blocks the entrance to his house; if a player waits for nightfall inside, Razlo will refuse to interact with him or her).
Razlo can produce an antidote for radscorpion poisoning if given the tail of one killed in battle. As a part of one of the early quests in Fallout, the player may give the antidote they receive from Razlo to Jarvis as a cure, receiving 400 experience points. If questioned about Tandi's kidnapping, Razlo will mention the romantic relationship between her and Seth.
