Rayze is the leader of the Crypts at Scrapheap in 2161.

BackgroundEdit

Rayze is the leader of a gang called the Crypts in the small town of Scrapheap. He is outfitted with the Crypts' signature leather armor and equips a CZ-53 personal minigun when in battle. Him and his gang control the only power generator in the town and therefore rule over the small community. When the player talks to him, he will say to either join the Crypts or leave the town. If the player does decide to join, Rayze will give the quest of eliminating the rival gang, the Fools, so that they may continue to have full control of the town without a threat.
