Raul Alfonso Tejada, born 2051, is a 230 year old ghoul mechanic living in the Mojave Desert in 2281. He can join the Courier as a follower. He will be imprisoned in the camp, behind a door only unlocked by a non existent key. If you look on the Computer by the entrance, go to the last entry and you will get the password for the other computer, which will unlock the door.
Background
Raul is an old Mexican ghoul who has had a long and storied history. After living the life of a wild gunslinger, Raul took up the trade of a simple repairman in Nevada. While traveling to New Vegas, he was swiped by Nightkin from Black Mountain and imprisoned by their leader, Tabitha. After being freed from captivity, he will join the player out of gratitude. A new taste of adventure reminds Raul of his tumultuous past, prompting him to consider if he should embrace his old gunslinging ways.

Raul is a mechanic and can become a follower for you, should you wipe out the State and their delusional master. He's a gunslinger by nature, so he's best with Guns of the pistol variety. In addition, he can carry 120 pounds worth of equipment. By completing a side quest for Raul, he will upgrade his armor to the Vaquero outfit.
