From The Vault
Raider Commando Armor is a variant of the Raider Armor added to Fallout 3 with the add-on The Pitt. It resembles a trimmed-down Leather Armor and provides a damage resistance of 18 as well as bonuses of 3 to both Unarmed and Small Guns.
It can be repaired using all Raider armors found in The Pitt (Raider Iconoclast Armor, Raider Ordinance Armor, Raider Paingiver Armor, Raider Throwdown Armor and other copies of itself) as well as Raider Armors from the Capital Wasteland.

Raider Commando Armors are worn by various Pitt Raiders in The Pitt.

When worn by the player in an indoors area, the player's skin color around the Pip-Boy on the left wrist may be incorrectly displayed.
