Rad Away Addiction is a form of addiction which can occur in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.

“	If it helps your body it can't be bad, right? The more you take the better you feel, thats a good thing, isn't it? Well, bad news, you got yourself addicted with the chem Rad Away.	”

Using Rad Away carries a 10% chance of becoming addicted. This addicition causes you to "feel nauseous" and reduces your Radiation Resistance by 20 for 10 days.

You cannot become addicted to Rad Away in Fallout 3.
