Quests
- Defeat the professor's radscorpion in three challenges: The radscorpion can be challenged by talking to the professor and taking three different tests. The Intelligence test, a chess game, is won only by using the "Flying Liver Attack" learnt from Seymour, regardless of stats. The other two tests, which test Perception and Agility, are mere rolls against that attribute. You don't actually win, because the radscorpion always succeeds, but instead you get the experience when you tie.

Notes
- If failing to steal any items from the radscorpion, the scorpion will warn the Chosen One like a regular citizen.
- The scorpion's tail can be stolen from it while it is still alive. Unless caught, it will not react to this.
Appearances
The Professor's radscorpion appears only in Fallout 2.
Behind the scenes
- The Flying Liver Attack is a reference to a real chess opening called fried liver attack.
