Primer, .50 MG is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

The primer, .50 MG is an item that you must have to craft .50 MG rounds and rockets.You can break down the normal .50 MG rounds and craft them into custom .50 MG match (hand load).

Location

This item, along with others like it, can be bought at the Gun Runners kiosk outside the New Vegas Strip. It can be purchased in small portions from vendors, by itself, or in boxes of 25. This item requires a higher player level before appearing.
With Lonesome Roads installed, merchants will sell Rockets that when dissembled will provide primers.
