Power to the People? is an overseer quest and part of the Labor Dispute! multi-stage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough[]
This quest takes place in a vault, and the only enemies are raiders in groups of two to three and possibly some radroaches. The top or lower floor has some vault dwellers, who will tell the player's dwellers about the raiders. In the lower levels of the vault, the dwellers will find a raider boss accompanied by two raiders, who will engage in dialogue. Selecting the fourth dialogue option will avoid combat. Overseer Mogabe is located in the next room and the quest completes after a brief conversation between him and the dwellers.
Notable quotes[]

Lookie here. More Dwellers, need rescuing from their nightmare of endless labor. Rubarb was right - the working conditions in these Vaults is utterly deplorable! |
Pfft! Please. Rescuing? This is nothing but Raiders raiding. And it ends here! | It ends all right! For you! |
You know, for a Raider, your vocabulary is exemplary. | My most gracious thanks. I'll keep that in mind as I eviscerate you.
Get a job, you bum! | Killing you IS my job!
If I asked you to just chill out and not attack us... would you? | What? Huh? Seriously? Ugh. FINE. The Overseer's that way. Killjoy.
Phew! Close one! | All in a day's work! |
