Implants needs added to overview portal
Implants need to be under SPECIAL etc. in the portal overview list--71.193.251.125 04:11, March 2, 2011 (UTC).
So, I am guessing that Old World Blues WON'T be out before July the 1st? Given the lack of trailer of patch, it seems rather (unfortunately) likely....

Most Glitichest/Clunkest game of the decade
If you're thinking of buying this game don't. Pirate it. The most interesting part of Fallout games is the storylines and people, and you can read all about it for free on these wikis. As for actually playing the game goes, the more you go on the more your frustration builds up constantly fighting against the constant crashes, the clunkiest combat I've ever experienced in a game EVER (vats is terrible, hitboxes are terrible) and glitchy quests. Let's not forget we're approaching a year since this games release, and most of the patches have involved needless weapon nerfs instead of focusing 100% on fixing all broken content FIRST. Everything in this game is partially broken. Even the phsyics are complete garbage. Half Life 2 released in 2004 has far better physics where barrels don't go flying off hundreds of feet like you just rammed them with a freight train.
This game, despite having such rich and immersive lore, is seriously the worst functioning game I've played in my ENTIRE LIFE.
If you're interested in fallout, read about tn on the wikis. This game especially is no where near 50$.
