The police car is a pre-War police cruiser, that the Prisoner could use as transportation.

• This lacks the external turbine that we see on the Highway patrol car. This could mean that this vehicle did not have the same performance which a highway patrol car would require.
• fnv There is a vehicle that looks like this with 2 red lights on top in the E3 2010 trailer [1] at the side of the road, where ED-E is first shot. (37 seconds in)
