The poisoned fire axe is a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.

CharacteristicsEdit

The poisoned fire axe has a whirlwind attack capable of hitting everything in a small area around the charging Courier (outside of V.A.T.S.). If you dismember an opponent, the fire axe will have a blood stain on the blade, which will disappear in a matter of seconds.

LocationsEdit

It is used by White Legs pain makers and not accessible to the player without the use of console commands.
