The poisoned cleaver is a weapon in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Characteristics
The cleaver was designed to chop hunks of meat for use in your local butcher's shop, but has since been used to chop off the limbs of any thing that gets in your way. This weapon has a Strength requirement of 2. It does bonus damage to limbs.
It has a special 'Back Slash' attack, which does 70% damage in V.A.T.S. at the cost of 22 action points (requires a Melee skill of 50).
Locations
It is used by White Legs pain makers and not accessible to the player without the use of console commands.
