The Winchester P94 plasma rifle is an energy weapon in Fallout Tactics.
Background

The Winchester Model P94 is a bulky, industrial-grade energy caster, firing superheated bolts of plasma down a superconducting barrel ending in electromagnetic claws helping to form the plasma bolt.
Characteristics
In this modified version, the company has downsized the weapon and revamped its design, making it a man-portable energy rifle, complete with a stock, pistol grip and carry handle (which can, presumably, also mount optics).
Locations
This weapon in tactics can be found in junction city on dead Reavers, and it is also usually found on dead humanoid robots, and dead Reavers.
