The electric plasma cannon is an energy weapon in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
Characteristics
It's a shoulder-mounted recoilless energy weapon, very similar to the Tesla cannon, that fires powerful blasts of electricity. With the skill Energy Charge, it can be charged for the equivalent of three merged blasts for three times more damage and ammo, and the impact zone is much greater.
The most powerful energy weapon in the game and one of the best weapons available overall. Once hit by the explosion, people affected will be electrocuted for about five seconds.
When equipped, a character will not be able to dodge and each shot consumes 5 heavy energy cell.

- Secret Vault Facilities Level 3, purchased from Shop-Tec.
- Secret Vault Ruins Level 2, purchased from Shop-Tec.
- Secret Vault Laboratory Level 3, purchased from Shop-Tec.
- Secret Vault Laboratory Level 3, found on a shelf.
Appearances
The electric plasma cannon appears only in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel, but was also going to appear in the canceled Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2.[1]
