Plasma Spaz is a perk in Fallout: New Vegas.
Effects
Action point (AP) costs for all plasma weapons (including grenades) are reduced by 20%.
Affected weapons
- MFC cluster (Mad Bomber) (GRA) : Was 35 AP, now 28.
- MFC grenade (Mad Bomber) (GRA) : Was 35 AP, now 28.
- Multiplas rifle: Was 35 AP, now 28.
- Plasma caster: Was 25 AP, now 20.
- The Smitty Special : Was 30 AP, now 24.
- Plasma Defender: Was 20 AP, now 16.
- Plasma Defender (GRA) : Was 20 AP, now 16.
- Plasma grenade: Was 24 AP, now 19.
- Plasma mine: Was 35 AP, now 28.
- Mines can't actually be used in V.A.T.S.
