The pipe rifle is a Fallout 2 weapon, a hand-made single shot rifle.

Usually the first small gun most players get ahold of. Lousy due to its one-shot capacity, but useful until you can get your hands on a good pistol.

Due to it's simple design and one-round magazine size, it is apparent that this weapon is homemade.
