The pipe rifle is a hand-made single shot rifle that appears in Fallout 2 and Van Buren.

Lousy due to its one-shot capacity, but useful until you can get your hands on a good pistol. Due to its simple design which lacks a fixed or external magazine, it is apparent that this weapon is homemade.
