Pig rats, found on the West Coast, can best be described as being in between the small Giant rat and the Mole Rat. These rodents are reminiscent of both rats and pigs. Being fast, but weak, the creatures don't pose a real threat, though in a group with their cousins, Mole rats and Giant rats, they could be quite dangerous.
