Philip "Phil" Nelson is a developer at Bethesda Game Studios who worked on Fallout 3 and Fallout Shelter as a level designer, as well as on Fallout 4 as a producer and Fallout 76 as a senior producer.
Work on the Fallout series[]
For Fallout 3, Nelson worked on the locations of Dupont Circle, Fort Bannister, the Nuka-Cola plant, the Red Racer factory, Vault 87, Vault 106, as well as the interior of Evergreen Mills and many shacks in the Capital Wasteland. He also created The Shocker.[1] Nelson was the lead level designer on the Mothership Zeta add-on.[2]
For Fallout 4, Nelson moved into the role of producer, and was the lead producer on the Far Harbor add-on.[3] Nelson was credited as a senior producer on Fallout 76.
