Welcome child, took your sweet time getting here didn't you? I've been waiting a good 5 years for an outsider to come along and visit.

— Mother Pearl

Pearl is the leader of the Boomers living at the Nellis Air Force Base in 2281.

Pearl was born in Vault 34 located in the Mojave Wasteland. She and her people, the Boomers, have been living in solitude for fifty years before the Courier shows up at Nellis.

  • After completing the quest Volare! by recovering the B-29 for the Boomers, the bomber can be seen slowly being built over time, when it is built after returning later on, the bomber has an image of a young woman with a Vault 34 jumpsuit on and the text "Pearl" next to her. This refers to Pearl, the leader of the Boomers, and is an homage to the practice of painting pin-up style nose art on aircraft that became prevalent in WWII.

Pearl appears in Fallout: New Vegas.
