Scribe Peabody is a Brotherhood of Steel Scribe at the Citadel. He is the Proctor of the Order of the Sword. He has little respect for the knights and believes it is the Scribes who make the Brotherhood what it is. He can repair your equipment and is located in the armory within Citadel laboratory. He has a captured Plasma Rifle on his Workbench
