Paul Eiding is an American voice-actor best known for his performance as Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid series of videogames. In Fallout 3, Eiding voiced the roles of Nathaniel Vargas, Tree Father Birch, Abraham Washington, Evan King, Arkansas, Daniel Littlehorn, Dr. Zimmer, Walter, and most elderly male NPCs in Fallout 3. In Fallout 4, he voiced the Vault-Tec rep, and can be presumed to voice other characters as well.
