Paul Eiding is an American voice-actor best known for his performance as Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear Solid series of videogames. In Fallout 3, Eiding voiced the roles of Nathan Vargas, Tree Father Birch, Abraham Washington, Evan King, Arkansas, Daniel Littlehorn, Dr. Zimmer, Walter, and all elderly male NPCs in Fallout 3.
