The Patient gown is a piece of clothing in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Characteristics
It provides a Damage Threshold of 1 and can be repaired with other patient gowns, as well as any light armor with the Jury Rigging perk. The Courier wakes up in Big MT with one equipped after having the surgeries performed, while whatever armor they were wearing remains in their inventory.
