You have our thanks, stranger. We could not have recovered our ward without your aid. Farewell, mercenary. May you find honor in your travels.

Paladin Hoss is a member of the Capital Wasteland chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel in 2277.

BackgroundEdit

Hoss hates chaperoning wayward cadets almost as much as latrine-cleaning duties, and his fears have recently been proven right, as Initiate Pek disappeared on a long-range recon sweep of the Falls Church zone. He's happy for any help.[1]

BugsEdit

They, unlike other non-player characters, can sometimes appear at The Pitt, Point Lookout, or even on Mothership Zeta. Note that he steals items. [verified]

Waiting, sleeping, or fast-traveling to different locations (add-on maps included) may cause Hoss, a random Knight, or both to spawn somewhere immediately beside the Wanderer, before running off in some random direction provided the Wanderer is in the Capital Wasteland; if one is in a add-on Map, they'll stand idle until the next time they spawn at the player character's location.
