The P220 Sig Sauer is a weapon in Fallout Tactics.
Background
It was manufactured by the Swiss-German company SIG-Sauer.
Characteristics
SIG-Sauer pistols are large, single-shot pistols used for hunting large game. Most of them use the huge 14mm rounds, having the ability to pierce armor, making them excellent combat pistols as well.
Many of these pistols were re-chambered to fire the more available American 12.7mm ammunition rather than the increasingly more scarce European 14mm ammunition. However, these pistols have been re-chambered to fire lower-grade 9mm ammunition.

In real life the Sig Sauer P220 is a semi-automatic pistol designed in Switzerland by Swiss Arms AG (formerly SIG Arms AG, distributed in United States by SIG Sauer). It is manufactured in Eckernförde, Germany, by J.P. Sauer und Sohn GmbH, and Exeter, New Hampshire, USA by SIG Sauer, Inc. for the US market. It uses the Browning linkless cam short recoil action of self-loading.
