Outstanding Orator is an achievement/trophy in Fallout: New Vegas. It is awarded for successfully passing 50 speech checks.

NotesEdit

Any speech check that involves either skill, SPECIAL, or perk in dialogue, counts towards this achievement - not just one involving the Speech skill

ExploitEdit

Although this achievement is relatively easy to earn on a complete playthrough without even trying, one can take advantage of various repeatable speech challenges. For example, asking Angela Williams (at Camp McCarran) what she really thinks about Thomas Hildern (Speech 25) can be used for this purpose (after completing the quest There Stands the Grass).
