Olney Powerworks is a location which will be added to Fallout 3 in the Broken Steel DLC pack.[1].
Most likely it is an old power plant[2] in the vicinity of Old Olney[3] defended by Enclave forces where you have to go in order to find components for the Tesla Cannon in the middle of a Tesla Coil[4].
In keeping with the town of Old Olney's current occupency, Deathclaws also appear within the confines of the power station[5].
