BackgroundEdit
Octavius is the strict quartermaster of the Brotherhood of Steel in Bunker Alpha in 2197.
He is a rather chubby man in his thirties and the main trader of Bunker Alpha, buying and selling goods for Brotherhood scrips - the standard exchange unit of the Brotherhood.
