The oceanological instructors are Mister Handy characters in Fallout 4.
Background
Three of these robots exist. Two robots can be found inside the house of the Nahant Oceanological Society, walking around giving facts about oceanological subjects. The third robot can be found fighting a leveled Mirelurk at the bottom of the Science building of the Society.
