Obtain more equipment

Template:Quest Go talk to the Overseer on Level 3 of Vault 13. Keep on telling him that your quest for the Water Chip is going badly until you get the option to tell him that your mission would be easier if you had more equipment. The Overseer will then give you some 10mm ammo and a pair of stimpacks.
