This is basically the same vehicle as the APC but instead of hauling an armored passenger/cargo compartment it's hauling a live nuclear warhead. You use it to carry a nuke to door of Vault 0 to blow it open.
Appearances in games
Nuke Carrier appears only in Fallout Tactics.
