| ||For an overview of Nuka-Cola soda in the Fallout series of games, see Nuka-Cola.|
The ingredients of Nuka-Cola include: carbonated water, caramel color, aspartame, phosphoric acid, potassium benzoate (to protect taste), natural flavors, citric acid, and caffeine. What gives it a unique flavor is the essence of seventeen different fruits mixed in just the right proportion to give the beverage its trademark taste. Some versions of the drink also include vita-minerals and health tonics. During the Great Passion Fruit Famine of 2044, people actually noticed the taste difference when the recipe was changed.
By 2067, vending machines with ice cold Nuka-Cola could be found on virtually every street in America.
Nuka-Cola Victory is another flavor of Nuka-Cola that is unique to the American southwest. It is colored orange, giving it a distinct look much like the Nuka-Cola Quantum of the east coast.
Victory is a bright orange variant of the Nuka-Cola product. Both positive and negative effects scale with the Survival skill. At Survival 50, Victory heals +6 Hit Point per second for 20s, adds 20 Action Points, reduces sleep by 15, increases dehydration by 10, decreases Perception by 2, though the radiation remains the same, at 10 rads.
This item can be crafted by the player.
Nuka Chemist perk
Nuka-Cola Victory (1)
Nuka-Cola Victory is the rarest of all Nuka-Cola variants found in Fallout: New Vegas. Like Nuka-Cola Quartz, Nuka-Cola Victory is not sold by any merchants, except for those selling bottles of Victory which are on display. A total of 10 bottles of Nuka-Cola Victory can be found in various locations in the Mojave Wasteland, all placed in-world rather than in containers. 4 additional Victories can be found in Big MT. Although it is rare, you'll know it when you see it, for it gives off a very bright red glow in low light and can't be mistaken with whiskey, which glows an orange hue.
