Nuclear Winter Wonderland is a reference to both the song "Winter Wonderland" sung by Richard Himber, and the hypothetical massive cooling effect a nuclear bombing would have on the atmosphere, also known as a "nuclear winter". There is also a book called "Nuclear Winter Wonderland" written by Joshua Corin.
