The north sewers are an unmarked location with entrances in the Mojave Wasteland, Westside, North Vegas Square, and The Thorn. They are inhabited by greasers and New Vegas citizens.

Layout[]

The north sewers are a section of the New Vegas sewer system that is inhabited by the poorer outer New Vegas citizens. It is free of loose dangerous creatures, and while there is some gang activity, the raiders mostly stick to the streets above. The sewer connects to the central sewers via pipeline in the south, and to the fighting arena of The Thorn in the west.

There are several exits to the settlements around New Vegas via manholes in the north section of the sewer. On the Courier's map, most exits are labeled Mojave Wasteland except for those to Westside and North Vegas Square, due to the exits being inside the walls of these settlements. The location of each exit can be seen when looking at the ladders.

The exits that are labeled Mojave Wasteland from left to right on the player character's map are North Vegas (just outside the settlement, very near the H&H Tools factory), Freeside's north gate and the Crimson Caravan Company. Greasy Johnny can be found in the eastern portion of the sewer.

Notes[]

Neither the western connection to the central sewers nor the connection to the east central sewers are marked on the Pip-Boy's local map.

Appearances[]

The north sewers appear only in Fallout: New Vegas.

Bugs[]

  • Xbox 360Xbox 360 Sometimes entering through the manhole in North Vegas Square will cause companions to become stuck. They will not be visible or able to follow through the area, though upon exiting they will reappear and begin to follow again. Entering through The Thorn causes no problems. [verified]
  • Xbox 360Xbox 360 A humorous bug can occur where citizens can be seen swimming mid-air above the platforms in the same room as the east central sewers manhole. [verified]
